Permanent modular buildings

Verify the whole building, from building system to tender to engineering.

Structural compliance as a service

Verida is built for house factories industrialising permanent construction. With an implemented building system and project-specific data as input, the platform validates entire buildings in minutes, not weeks. Structural verification moves from late-stage engineering to early stages, where it reduces risk and creates insight. The platform is in use at leading modular producers in Sweden and internationally.

Others re-engineer from scratch on every project. Verida reuses your verified building system.

Minutes

Not weeks. Full structural evaluation from the moment you submit.

18,000+

Modular apartments. The experience behind the platform.

Permit-ready

Documentation produced directly by the platform, ready for submission.

01 How it works

Two inputs. The whole building verified.

Verida builds on a building system configured and optimised for your production. Once the system is implemented, every new building needs just two inputs: the implemented building system and project-specific data. The calculation engine runs a complete load take-down across the entire module system, accounting for module division, vertical and horizontal load paths and the interaction between module types.

01

Implemented building system

Your building system, optimised for your factory's production and configured in the platform.

02

Project-specific data

Floor plan with module division, where in the world the building is located (for climate loads), plus roof and façade.

02 The verification

What is verified, point by point.

The calculation engine runs a complete verification suite across the entire module system. Every check is traceable to standard and method.

01

ULS: ultimate limit state.

Strength and stability of all structural members under design loads, per Eurocode 1990–1993.

02

SLS: serviceability limit state.

Deflections and vibrations verified within limits for permanent residential or commercial occupancy.

03

Fire load case.

Fire resistance validated per Eurocode 1991-1-2 and applicable national fire regulations.

04

Global stability.

Lateral load transfer and overall building stability for multi-storey modular configurations, with anchor point DWGs.

05

Connection points.

Horizontal and vertical connections verified for permanent structural integrity under all load combinations.

06

Framing optimisation.

Automatic validation and optimisation of framing within the specification of your building system.

03 The delivery

The complete output package.

Every project delivers reinforcement plans, foundation loads, building permit documentation, detailed calculation reports, 3D IFC models, CO₂ analysis and material quantity take-offs.

DWG

Reinforcement & foundation plans.

Per-floor reinforcement and structural interface loads for site-specific foundation design.

DOC

Permit documentation.

Complete structural documentation ready for submission to building authorities, with no additional structural engineering step.

IFC

3D model & CO₂ analysis.

Validated structural model in IFC format, plus embodied carbon comparison against equivalent concrete structures.

04 Three packages

One offering for every stage.

From the foundation that locks your building system, to the tender you submit on a verified building, to the complete structural verification once the project is won.

01 Package

Building system development and refinement

Build a verified foundation for all future production.

Develop a new building system from scratch, or refine an existing one. Verida verifies the system's structural capacity and helps you find limits, optimise material use and compare alternative solutions before the system is locked. The result is a building system with known, documented capacity that every subsequent project can rely on.

  • Verification of the building system's structural capacity to Eurocode
  • Material optimisation and building-system comparisons
  • A documented foundation reused across tenders and engineering
02 Package

Tender calculation

Risk reduction and insight before the tender goes out.

Tender on a verified building, not a guess. Verida evaluates the specific building you are tendering for and shows early whether the structure holds in your building system, where there is margin and where action is needed. Late discovery of structural non-compliance, which otherwise causes delays and cost overruns, is caught already at the tender stage.

  • Early Go/No-Go on the specific building in your building system
  • Insight into margins, critical points and material use ahead of costing
  • CO₂ and building-system data that strengthen the tender
03 Package

Project delivery

Complete structural verification once the project is won.

When the house factory has won the project and full engineering begins, Verida delivers complete structural verification with the reports and documentation the rest of the engineering needs. Verida does not deliver the full engineering, but the verified structure: complete, traceable and ready to hand over to other disciplines and to the building permit.

  • Complete verification suite: ULS, SLS, fire, global stability, module connections
  • Reports and documentation: calculation report, reinforcement plans, foundation load plans, 3D structural model (IFC)
  • Documentation for building permit and for other engineering disciplines
Scope

Verida delivers complete structural verification, not full engineering. The structure is verified and documented; other disciplines build on that basis.

05 Quality in production

Full traceability from the factory floor.

During production, every quality check and every installed component is recorded against the module's unique ID. The factory's QA/QC process becomes part of the building's digital history before it ever leaves the factory. For owners and facility managers, this means full insight into what the building actually consists of: which components were used and which checks were performed. That record stays with the building throughout its life and simplifies future management and service.

  • Every quality check logged against module ID during production
  • Component register: what is built into each module
  • A management record that follows the building, not the binder
