Same modules, different lives.
A module can travel to its final site and stand permanently as a finished building, or be leased, assembled, dismantled and moved on again and again. They place entirely different demands. Verida builds for both.

02 Common ground
Quality that starts on the factory floor.
Whether the building stands permanently or is rented out again and again, traceability begins in production. Every quality check and every installed component is recorded against the module's unique ID already at the factory. For permanent buildings this becomes a management record that follows the building throughout its life. For rental fleet it means every module is commissioned in the system before it even leaves the factory.
Quality should be documented, not remembered.

Built on experience, not assumptions.
Verida was born from the conviction that repetitive tasks should be automated, so that quality and repeatability don't depend on who happens to be available. Since 2016 the team has built and validated that logic in real production.
